black screen on windows 7 after boot

Black screen on windows 7 after : windows is starting logo.

Well i have a laptop of cousin  with this problem so i decide fix by my self:
1- scan whole hard drive for some virus using your best antivirus for this scan and found 19 virus in registers , so all was removed for my antivirus. : )
2- Use of  ccleaner for eliminate any bad register and cookies
3- use of cmd in msdos, use this command : sfc /scannow     (wait for finish its work)
4- After step before in same msdos windows type: chkdsk /f /r   and wait for finish , after finish you will be able to see a comment press " Y "   without quotes and press press enter , after that restart your computer.
You will see something scanning wait after everything is finish then you have done , this error will gone out , hope you can fix it, if not try a new fresh installation of widows 7

iPhone 3GS Error Baseband Chip Error -1

This is how look the iPhone 3GS Baseband, well i bought an iPhone 3GS with DFU mode stuck in that screen, and was so curios why i could not pass this screen when i tried to install a new fresh  IOS version for  iPhone 3GS , so i was recieving many errors, like error -1 (minus one) [This error is caused by hardware failure] and many other error, well the phone was bricked and i could unbricked using some software as reds0now and other but my happiness was no long, because i was able to use my iPhone as ipod only, NO IMEI ,NO BASEBAND , NO WIFI , wifi was gray out and unable to connect  any network. So i decide take out the motherboard and look info for this problems and now i am sure the problem is the BASEBAND .

How to Fix Baseband problems? 
Well unfortunately you can not , not yet using any software, today to this day , Sept 28 2012  there's not magic software yet to bring alive your baseband : ( , maybe some day this DREAM will come true.
I am not an expert in electronics but i have study the basic of electronic , enough to know that the chip is not completely death , because this kind of Chip can be rewrite it using the correct tools , maybe expensive but can be done, prices to replace the baseband chip are expensive , maybe under 80 US dollars or can buy only the baseband chip for maybe 20 Dollars and do the work by your own if you have the BGA Rework Tools Machines and heat it to 210 Celsius (200 + US dollars for this Reworks Stations or more for exellents products  ), i know this is expensive.

As many as me we have had water damaged iphones in special in this case this case iPhone 3GS backlight problems, some times when this happen, the iphone 3gs begin to act of a weird way or the iphone going to not power on at full, but if your iphone is still working and you see at least a little light deep of the screen, you still have opportunities to make it work, or if your iphone 3GS light up for a second and then turn in to dark again you still have the opportunity to make it work Here is how :
The main problem is the 6R8 Coil or IC 109B that you can replace with a new one, but you need to have the correct tools to change this 6R8 Coil and IC 109B, because are a very small pieces here is some pictures:
